The first movie I ever saw was Star Wars - I was about six months old, and I screamed through the opening until Darth Vader came on screen, when I went very, very quiet and attentive. Thus began a lifelong love for science fiction, elaborate costumes, and screen villains. :)
I am an artist, a writer, a conrunner, a pagan, an interfaith minister, a geek, and a web professional, among other things.
I post rants, photos, occasional fiction, a lot of art, some introspection and philosophizing.
I go to planetarium shows to enjoy the existential crisis/catharsis of being shown my minute place in the vast Universe.
At the same time, I believe in the power of people to change the world, one voice at a time, one action at a time, one step at a time.
I also really love hippos. :) Yay!
